.RSS is a revolutionary class designed to provide an innovative and effective approach to stretching, aligning, and strengthening both the core and fascia. By stimulating the bones, RSS ensures a comprehensive approach to body wellness.
Drawing from Eva Alewa's 40 years of movement studies, the program incorporates techniques from contemporary dance, release technique, Feldenkrais, Wave Continuum, Qigong, and yoga.
This unique blend emphasizes the crucial balance of strength and fluidity, as well as flexibility and the longevity of joints and muscles—an essential consideration as we age. Engaging in muscle and bone-building exercises is vital, yet maintaining our body's 'spring' is equally important.
RSS helps participants avoid the dryness of fascia and joints resulting from forceful, linear, repetitive movements, providing a holistic path to graceful movement and overall health.
