WaveContinuum offers a transformative approach to health by liberating breath and incorporating spiral movements. Through specific breath techniques and sound, we can access and release tension in areas of our bodies that are often neglected. By adding spiral movements to our practice, we unwind and hydrate our fascia and muscles and combat the drying effects of aging. The repetitive and linear movements common in today's lifestyles and workout routines can lead to stiffness and discomfort. WaveContinuum is a powerful movement practice that hydrates our tissues and bones, fostering flexibility and promoting overall vitality. This method can rejuvenate the body and mind, making it a vital part of our self-care routine for maintaining health and youthfulness. It also satisfies the dancer and the mystic in you: as you find the flow of your movement you dive into the depth of the mysterious or into the joy of free movement.

Discover the Feldenkrais Method®

THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD®, created by Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais (1904–1984), aims to reduce pain or limitations in movement and improve function in all areas of life. By increasing students' self-awareness, smart movement choices can be made, leading to more movement repertoire, quality, and healing. The method can be adapted for all ages, from babies to the elderly, from people with acute pain to athletes, musicians, and dancers who want to perform better and prevent injuries.

THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD® has achieved international recognition for its demonstrated ability to improve posture, flexibility, coordination, and self-image and to alleviate muscular tension and pain. It is also highly successful with brain damage issues from CP to MS to Strokes.

Feldenkrais® consists of two compelling and versatile applications: Awareness Through Movement®, done in groups, and Functional Integration®, an individualized hands-on practice.

THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD® examines limiting habits that cause pain, inflammation, overexertion, poor performance, and injury. From the Feldenkrais perspective, physical difficulties or limitations result from incomplete learning or trauma that can lead to dysfunctional habit patterns.

With the Feldenkrais Method®, you learn to recognize those hindering habits and find better ways of moving that are healthy, efficient, pain-free, and enjoyable.

One of the underlying understandings of this method is that thinking is also movement. As thinking, emotions, and feelings are woven together and expressed through action, an authentic change in movement patterns will ripple into the rest of one's life.

'Movement is life, life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.'

'Nothing is permanent about our behavior patterns except our belief that they are so'.

'What I’m after isn’t flexible bodies, but flexible minds and to restore each person to their human dignity.'
